Mystery Inc. could have explored the reset timeline more. could have showed the current state of Shaggy's relationship with Velma, reintroduced Madelyn, Brought back Scooby-Dum, etc.
The current state of Shaggy and Velma's relationship is that they're friends. But who knows what could happen if there was another season or a sequel series. Hopefully with a staff of writers who are more experienced.
