  1. DON MESSICK: The original Scooby is the one most fans prefer, and I don't blame them. Don had the ability to give Scooby a voice full of cowardness - loveable cowardness - and filled a lot of families' homes with laughter and joy.
HADLEY KAY: First of all, he shouldn't be considered as a Scooby voice actor, as he just lent his voice to him in only two episodes of "Johnny Bravo", but since he's at the poll, I have to say that he didn't really come up to Don's standards. Not even close...
SCOTT INNES: Another Messick, which I really loved, though. Scott has the ability to imitate any cartoon character, including Scooby, Shaggy and Scrappy. I think he really deserves something more, as a lot of people criticize his work.
NEIL FANNING: I have to say that the first live-action/animation version of Scooby could only be portrayed by a guy like Neil. He lent Scooby all he needed to give the imprerssion of a live talking dog.
FRANK WELKER: Both Scooby and Fred of Frank have really grown on me. His ability to change from a talking canine detective to a leader teenager was incredible, but, since we're talking about Scooby, I'd say his Scooby was perfect.

So, I guess it would be a tie between Messick and Welker in first place, Innes in second place, followed by Fanning and Kay in fourth and fifth place respectively.
