HNK for making Daphne who she was. I can't imagine how Daphne would have turned out as a character had Heather not voiced her. Stef was too high-pitched and cutesey. Grey is too generic. The one who voiced the Pup version of Daphne isn't comparable because of the character's intended age. All the others are just plain annoying.
Grey Delisle's voice works best for Daphne's personality. It's rather chipper and optimistic.If this were asking who our favorite Velma is I'd have to say Mindy Cohn's carries the right level of snark. Favorite Fred is a moot point, there's only been one and Casey Kasem will always be the best Shaggy.

I only chose SMG because she was the first Daphne I met, but I absolutely adore Grey Delisle! She's absolutely so versatile and perfect!
Definitely Heather North Kenney. I just could never get into Grey DeLisle's Daphne.
