I didn't like how BF and DM were just actors. In the shows they were actual heroes. I would have preferred they be the true characters.
The villain was easy to guess. Knew who it was as soon as he was introduced.
I would have changed a lot. Shaggy didn't have a whole lot of involvement in solving the mystery. I would have given him a greater role. I also would have had Daphne encourage Shaggy and Scooby at the part they felt like giving up. I also would have added more to the crime aspect of the movie by making the producer and actor a part of the plot along with the main villain. Fred and Velma correctly predict the main villain, and then Shaggy arrives later to identify the other two that the others would have overlooked. Also, more action after this point.
There was also something that didn't make sense when Scooby threw his costume in the garbage. If it was made of food then why didn't he at least store it in a clean place so he could possibly eat it later?
Overall I liked it, but it could have been way better.
Coolest Scooby-Dynomutt (or maybe Blue Falcon) crossover yet! I really like some of Scooby's catchphrases, like "Mr. Hyde! Face me if you dare!", and also some by Owen Garrison, actually the whole scene where scooby, Shaggy and Austin ask for his autograph ("I'll make them all remember!").

That was meant more as a homage to Amazing Spider-man #50 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spider-Man_No_More!
Okay, well in that case it shouldn't have been made out of food. :\
