Some Scooby Doo! Mystery Inc News!
Well, we finally have some news on the next episode of Scooby Doo! Mystery Incorporated. First off, it was reported awhile back that episode 14 would be a “special episode” for fans. Now we know what that episode is. Derrick Wyatt, art director for Scooby Doo: Mystery Inc, was on a Transformers podcast recently. He mentions episode 14 will feature all the Scooby rip offs that Hanna Barbera did over the years, including Captain Caveman, The Funky Phantom, and Speed Buggy.
“The next episode that’lll air is gonna be the Mystery Solvers State Finals, where Jabberjaw, Captain Caveman, The Funky Phantom, Speed Buggy. The Whole gangs are there. They all meet at the Crystal Cove High School for the Mystery Solvers State Finals and then things go horrbily wrong.”
And some good and bad news regarding when the show will return. According to one of the writers of the show, Mitch Watson, SD:MI won’t return until the end of January. However, he confirms the Cartoon Network has been picked up for a second season.
“Bad news. There is no new episode until the end of January. I have no control over this. It was a Cartoon Network call. Good news is we were picked up for a second season, so you’ve got a lot more Scooby coming your way.”
If I had to guess, it’s likely that SD:MI will return around the 24th, which is the day before the first DVD comes out. But stay tuned for the offical date!

This is great news all around.
At least finally we have an official idea of when it comes back.
We get crossovers galore, and who knows this could bring some of the better characters back to the forefront of some big wig fans memory.
A second season of this show IS NOT a bad thing at all!
Did he happen to say how many ep's the second season will be?
No, but going off of sone of CN's other shows, I would guess 26, which would make it the longest running Scooby series to date.
Which is not a good thing, but a GREAT THING!!
Can not wait for new ep's and,hopefully,a blu-ray release! 🙂

this is great news i don't know why some people dont like this show apparently they never saw the orginal becuse this has the same feel albet with a few updates but only whats requierd as a fan of the original show i make it my buisness to keep up with mystry incs activitys to see how they fair thrugh the ages and i'm glad to say that this show is worth of the name scooby doo unlike some more recent things [scooby doo the movies 1&2/scooby doo the mystery begins/ shaggy scooby doo get a clue}
