  1. This could either be seen bold as a fresh movie or they're finally scraping the barrel dry. We'll have to wait and see. The wrestling episodes that have been done weren't bad, but I don't like wrestling so this movie going to be very hit or miss for me. As long as it can be fun and interesting I'm sure it will do fine. I'm still not really into the new animation and the return of their retro clothing, maybe they brought it back nostalgia and/or they think the old clothes are transcendental, but somtimes they stick out like a sore thumb especially in SDMI.

  2. Oh please no. WWE hasn't been entertaining in YEARS. WB is seriously jumping the shark with this one. This is probably going to be WNSD's "Wrestle-maniacs" on crack. The way I picture this going down, I think I would feel embarrassed watching it.

If they're going to jump into the realm of crossover fanfiction, why not do a crossover of Batman or something cool that WB owns? Why not bring back the Scooby Movies style and cross in WB characters like they did/are going to do with Dynomutt?

I mean, to see WWE actors in this? How cheesy can you get? And I'm sure the WWE is going to be showing Scooby-Doo stuff at their events now. I wouldn't be surprised if they made a skit about it. Ugh! WB should hand Scooby-Doo over to DC comics and let them handle everything.

The story is going to be some masked wrestler who isn't supposed to be there trying to scare/hurt the others, and the crowd will think it's part of the show, and Shaggy, Scooby, and Fred will have to be wrestlers for some reason, oh and don't forget the bra and panties match for Daphne and Velma. Okay, maybe they won't do that last one, but I'm sure the WWE will.

Like the person above me said. Bottom of the barrel.

  3. Why is it taking them as far as 2014 to release it? To make sure they make no mistakes and get everything right so it isn't a complete joke? If this is going to be released in 2014 then they're too quick to announce this; like studios who release film trailers with early visual effects. If this film is going to take as long 2014 to be released then surely we're get at least two more until then, I can't see this being the "next" DTV.

I can imagine the title now: Scooby-Doo! Wrestlemania.

  6. What was that video, Pat?
Anyway, I guess I have to wait until I say my opinion. As long as it has the animation of "Spooky Games" and doesn't have inappropriate wrestling scenes, it will be fine by me. I hope it's more like "Wrestle Maniacs" from "What's New Scooby Doo?" and "A Pup Named Scooby Doo".
