  3. It will be hard for any new series to live up to Mystery Inc. It was smart & enjoyable which can be a hard balance. If they play it right the new series could be a good throw back to a Pup Named Scooby Doo.

  4. Hey I am bringing up some news on Be Cool Scooby Doo! Zac moncrief and Jon Colton Barry will be helping the show and there will be songs in it too I think for the chase sense. Hannah will be the working on the art for the show as you can see at the top. Episode 1 has already been recorded and I'm the same guy last time so enjoy and it will be coming out July this year

  7. they should put Velma and Shaggy dating again along with Daphnie and Fred, I personally think Scooby-Doo Mystery Incooperated would have been better if they kept that instead of them splitting. Scooby-Doo is my # 1 favorite tv show, has been since I was 5 (I'm 19). I hope these series never end.

  9. Ok I have been one of the biggest fans of Scooby-Doo since I was a kid. I have watched all the series and movies but this show looks like complete trash. What were the creators thinking when they came up with this. Can someone please tell me. Seriously please tell me

  10. This new Scooby-Doo they made is so freakin stupid... They made Scooby and the whole gang look dumb. It's a disgrace to the original show. The art looks ugly and makes me feel sad to think that they have come to this!!! I just want to call up the creators of the new Scooby-Doo and complain!!! I mean this has been my favorite show since I was little and it still is my favorite show!

    1. I have already complained twice I hope they take our advice into consideration I mean this show is horrific

  11. I will not be allowing my kids to watch this dumbed down version of Scooby Doo. Seems like you are going all out to try making our children into simpletons!!!! Pretty upset you have turned a great show into a show for people with the IQ in the lower two digets, thanks but I don't want my kids watching that.

    1. Actually, this version of Scooby Doo was created and written by two of the main creative forces behind "Phineas and Ferb" and the approach to the material was the same: never dumb it down, treat children with respect and make a show that we, ourselves, enjoy. Trust me, I know. I'm the head writer. You may hate the show, but I hope you give it a chance. The art style simply allows us a wider range of comedy AND drama - much like the Simpsons could be slapstick and absurd, but also touching and poignant. This is the most character-driven Scooby Doo series yet and we've elevated the entire gang into three dimensional comedic characters with unique points of view.

      1. I have given it a chance ... why did you need to change the show anyway ... and Phineas and Ferb is disney channel not cartoon network ... this is not a good show and you need to listen to people's comments and thoughts before you go changing the whole plot please stop changing good shows into mini versions of the original show ...it makes no sence and has no help in your ratings what so ever in fact it makes us older children not want to watch what you guys put on t.v because you keep changing shows we remeber as children

        1. Nothing will ever b as good as the original, that's with everything StarWars Scooby Doo and so on, I'm a huge Scooby fan and really like this one, yeah, the art takes a little getting used to no doubt but the characters are great, I love the humor. I have to laugh at all the negative comments, surprising such bitter scinics even like such a fun happy show. I guess it's no surprise to see a bunch of stupid people want to share their stupid negative opinions on the sad lonely internet haha. Keep up the good work and plz don't have the characters "date" or any such BS, keep it OG Scoob just like you have, peace out lousy haterz

  12. If it ain't broke, don't break it. Seriously, I hate this new direction of trying to be hip and funny just so it can relate to this generation gap of kids. Might as well show re-runs of the classic Scooby-Doo series and Mystery Inc. instead of this abomination.

  13. This show is not like the regular scooby doo. The best scooby doo show was pup named scooby doo and the other scooby shows but this one stinks.

  14. I understand that scooby doo is an old cartoon made in 1969 and that it will never die but cartoon network has already killed it. The original scooby doo was the best my parents grew up watching scooby. I grew up watching scooby now I am a huge fan of scooby movies and scooby shows, I have almost every single one ever made in dvd and vhs. My advice to you is to create a new series with the originals and you will get alot more viewers and more people will love scooby. I understand that some things need change but the original scooby doesn't need change because it's the best one that has ever been made. These news series of scooby have ruined the way that adults and teens look at it. Im not trying to give the new scooby doo a bad judgement but I believe that the originals are better than modern scoobys. And I'm only 16 years old and I think that the original mystery incorporated is the best one and will be for a long time.

  15. I love scooby I watch it all the time on CN and Boomerang I'm glad that they play the all the movies to. I really like the new show I hope you keep it on.

  16. I love Scooby Doo! But why are they changing and ruining the original Scooby Doo! These new ones only started and I don't see why they'd to make the characters bad drawings. Bring the Original back!

  17. Im 12 and Ive watched scooby doo since i was 3. I watch re runs of the 1969 series, the new scooby doo movies, a pup named scooby doo, the scrappy doo one, another i cant remeber what its called, and whats new scooby doo. I have always loved it, but i didnt like mystery ink very much. I liked it just not as much as the other ones and im about to see my first be cool scooby doo episode today. Im not a fan of the art and i hope they fix it because its makes me think of family guy. Hopefully they may change it.

  18. I'm not a fan of the artwork. I loved the traditional art of the original series. Also..I'm not quite sure what you've done to the characters but it looks a bit strange from what I've seen. I don't get Daphne with the puppets. I'm sure younger folks will love this kind of stuff but if you want people to actually buy merchandise, stick to what original/older fans of the shows like. You'll make more money that way.

  19. I was not sure at first, but having now watched several episodes and some more than once (thanks boys!) I now love it and appreciate the changes. The humour is good, I like the way Daphne is now funny and Velma is not as clever. Scooby is more like the original 1969 character. Give it a chance!

  20. Can't believe the hate this show is getting. Yes I get it, the style is different. But at least we cant deny it for originality. The jokes are often times hilarious, no stupid love triangles, I love the fact that Fred is no longer stupid / oblivious to every thing except traps... but the thing I love most is its gone back to the roots. The idea of Scooby Doo was simple; monsters are nothing more than people behind a mask. Over the years we've been spoiled with more and more "realistic" adaptations of Scooby Doo leaving a show adults and children can love. However this show has taken away anything realistic making it more enjoyable to watch. It's a cartoon. We're not going for an Oscar here. Plus they've really gone back to the roots: monsters are bad guys in masks. And much like the original show they have the oddball humor, the chase scenes, the groovy music... all the new humor is awesome. Its also a great excuse for not just plagiarizing the original. I love it and hope it does fantastic. Even if it does often times remind me of Family Guy. Cartoon Network, I'm not a fan of a lot of your shows but theyre not intended for me (22), but I think you guys hit a home run with this one. Thank you for making Scooby Doo, Scooby Doo again.

  21. I love Scooby-doo until you writes made a mockery out of the show. This new show Be cool Scooby-doo makes the characters creepy and freaky looking. Scooby-Doo isn't even cute looking anymore. Go with the original art work. The original art work is better looking. Stop trying so hard to make your fans laugh it's obvious. Its a good thing to make fans laugh, but when we can see how you add stuff hoping to make us laugh it doesn't make us laugh. I never dislike any Scooby-Doo shows as much as I dislike like this one. Improving the show with advice people give you , will give you a number one show.

  22. I like the concept but I think the writing and animation is lazy sometimes they even just use old monsters instead of being creative and making new monsters.

    Likes(5)Dislikes(2)
  23. People are entitled to their opinions. I don't think the creators of Be Cool Scooby Doo were trying to please original fans. It is a whole new show with hints of nostalgia. It's funny on its own. I would like to know about season 2. The show has picked up a ton of airtime on Boomerang. Decent ratings. Plus, boomerang is expanding its range to south korea. Scooby is one of the top rated cartoons of all time in multiple countries. Additionally, the movie is set to come out next year. To keep kids interested, i would hope they would keep it a float. When will we know?
