Hallelujah! After searching all over the net, I finally found a high-definition version of Haunted Holidays, as well as Spooky Scarecrow, Mecha Mutt Menace and Spooky Games.
I'm between Haunted Holidays and Spooky Scarecrow, as Christmas and Halloween have always been my favorite times of year.
I believe it is. I knew the link would be removed, so I just mention the site. That way, fans will search for it, find it themeselves and enjoy the special.
My vote also goes to spooky games.

They have literally every scooby doo special under the sun and a lot of rare episodes too.
And it's not some stupid bootleg crap with logos either:)
Maybe posting sites like that is wrong, but this site looks pretty legit and legal.

A "hush hush" site would try be a little more careful and not pop up on google that easily. Right?

I agree. Mentioning the site can cause it to be shut down. I searched for the movies myself and found the same site on my own.
My vote is for Spooky Games since it had the better storyline and didn't get into drama issues.
The other movies had bad plots, bad storyline, and bad character development for some of the characters.
Haunted Holidays, I love the plot and also since I haven't seen Spooky Scarecrow or Mecha Mutt yet.
