This week’s question is all about Scrappy Doo. Should Scrappy be reintroduced back into the series?I have to admit, Scrappy Doo is one of my least favorite characters, but it’s a bit sad that all he’s been is the butt of jokes for the past two decades. After all, he did save the franchise from certain cancellation.

  1. I'd be fine with it if they brought Scrappy back.
He's a bit annoying, but I never had a problem with him.

Maybe if they wouldn't make him the focus of the series he would go over better.

I think it would be cool to have a show with a rotating stable of guest stars from the past.

  2. He should be reintroduced as a guest star. Scrappy is fine in small doses, as a little of him is a lot. And maybe a less annoying voice would help, and keeping the catchphrase to a minimum would definitely go a long way to making him tolerable.

  3. They wouldn't even think of getting Scrappy back, and they are taking every chance to release his episodes on DVD from the 13 Spooky Tales and any other upcoming complication sets.

  4. Personally, if they brought him back in the way he was portrayed in "Scooby-Doo Meet The Boo Brothers" where he was a little less anoying and was even a little scared of the ghosts and monsters, I would like to see him.

As a guest character he would be okay as well.

  5. I like Scrappy a lot, which is why I would not want to see him brought back by Warner Bros. They would just make fun of him again like they did in the movie and in SDMI.

  6. I'd rather see Scooby Dum, he was just more fun in my opinion. Scrappy (@like a lot of you have said) is just annoying and I can't deal with him in large doses.

  7. The last episode of Scooby-doo reminded me of those new 52 comics in dc comics where everything started over.
