Ok, so a few random thoughts about last night’s episode of Scooby Doo: Mystery Inc. I enjoyed it, though not as much as the last couple of episodes. The idea of using a swarm of bugs as a villian was cool. However, I have a small nitpick about that, as it was so clearly obvious that the bugs were CGI. Maybe it’s just me but if I can tell that it’s CG with my bad eyesight, that may or may not be a good thing.

It’s nice to see the Fred/Daph relationship is finally going somewhere. Now if  only Scooby, Shaggy and Velma can work out their problems…

The professer reminded me alot of Ben Ravoncroft from Scooby Doo and the Witch’s Ghost. Speaking of which, why is Scooby taking classes, lol.

Overall, a good episode, but could have been better. I can’t believe we’re halfway through the season already. The show has really been fantastic so far. Here’s to hoping the second half is just as good!

  1. I liked the episode.
Agreed about the cg. The mystery machine looks great but that's it, monsters need to stay 2-D!
