Scooby-Doo! Music of the Vampire Coming March 13th

Scooby-Doo! Music of the Vampire, the new direct to DVD animated movie, will be released on March 13th, 2012. This musical adventure has the gang attending a vampire festival when a real vampire starts disrupting the festivities. Things go from bad to worse when the vampire chooses Daphne for his bride. Music of the Vampire will be released on both DVD and Blu-ray Combo pack. The only special features will be a Scooby Doo Sing-Along feature and a UltraViolet digital copy. I’d also like to give a shout out to Ilma, who revealed this movie a few weeks ago.
I’m not looking forward to this. A musical about vampires? It just doesn’t sound that great to me (But to each their own). Plus that cover doesn’t exactly inspire confidence, its rather bland and that vampire looks rather silly.
I wonder what animation style they’ll use for this one because it doesn’t look like it matches the recent movies (Shaggy has the white eyes again and there’s a lack of detail in comparison to the other DVD covers, so that could mean a change in style).
I agree. I’m not a big fan of musicals but if handled correctly…

I don’t think they’d switch styles again so soon but ya never know.

I’m NOT a fan of musicals, but! The storyline of the movie looks good! I’ll DEFINATILTY watch it!! I hope it’s not annoying. Once shows turn into musicals they stay that way. -_- well have to wait & see!
The press release is alredy out and the movie will be on VOD 22 December.
